More than ever before, our workplaces call for organizational and HR leaders who are centered and emotionally intelligent in the midst of disruption. How we show up as leaders depends less on external strategy and more on the inner skills of self-awareness, thought management and relational connection.

This session is designed to inspire and equip leaders at all levels—whether you are an HR professional or a business leader—providing practical insights that will make a lasting impact on your organization. We encourage you to bring your colleagues and fellow leaders! This is an opportunity for your team to grow together, strengthen connections, and build resilience as a unified front.

Attendees will learn a practical self-coaching framework, along with tools to strengthen their own resilience and foster resilience in their teams.

Key Takeaways:

  • Build deeper self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Manage thoughts and behaviors for more effective leadership
  • Foster resilience in yourself and your teams to navigate change with confidence
