Workforce Readiness Committee

The MAHRA Workforce Readiness Committee works to create strong partnerships and alliances between local area schools and educational institutions ensuring that the new workforce entrants are sufficiently prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities they will face in the workplace.  The committee also assists individuals who are entering and/or re-entering the workforce including Veterans, as well as those individuals who are currently in the workforce but are “underemployed,” in becoming knowledgeable and qualified candidates.
