The
Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA), a Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM) affiliate, was originally formed in 1954 by a small
group of local professionals who were interested in sharing information and
experiences about personnel issues. Since then, MAHRA has continuously evolved
into a dynamic professional group that caters to local HR professionals and
people leaders. With the support of our 250+ diverse membership, MAHRA offers
several monthly meetings, seminars, and networking events, all geared towards
educating, supporting, and connecting greater Manchester’s leaders.
