Although a favorite time of the year for many, the holiday season can prove to be challenging from a workplace perspective. Heavy workloads, cultural differences, and high levels of anxiety and even depression converge to create a perfect storm. Even the most thoughtful of gestures like holiday parties and gift giving can give rise to unintended consequences. Join us for this interactive lunch and learn with Charla Stevens on December 14th at noon to discuss strategies for navigating the holiday season at your business.
